Upon completion of her training, she was signed with Bloc Talent Agency and was chosen for many professional opportunities, such as performing as a backup dancer in the Leona Lewis music video “Forgive Me”, a backup dancer for Katy Perry’s live appearance at Spike TV’s “Guy’s Choice Awards”, and as a performer at Christian Audigier’s 50 th Birthday Party. At age 18, she was invited to be a Jazz instructor at the United Spirit Association.Īfter graduating, Evan moved to Los Angeles and was one of nineteen dancers who completed the EDGE Performing Arts Center’s yearlong scholarship program. Evan choreographed and performed many solos achieving state and national titles. During her Junior and Senior years of high school, she was Captain of the award-winning Leander Blue Belles Dance Team. Her natural talent was developed extensively through Dancers Workshop, where she danced for ten years. She has inspired hundreds of dancers to always give 110% and to become intrinsically motivated young adults ready to go out and take on any challenge that may come their way. Her specialty is leadership training where she instills confidence and skills that will help each of her students to be successful in our ever-changing world. Traveling to Hawaii, the Bahamas, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, San Diego, New York City, and Orlando were also high points of her career. Performing on Broadway at Lincoln Center, dancing at halftime of the Lakers, Spurs, Mavs, Thunder, and Longhorn basketball games, being showcased at bowl games, and parades are just some of the highlights that come to mind. More importantly were the amazing performances she experienced with her team. Tracey Anderson served as the dance team director of the nationally recognized Leander High School Blue Belles for 25 years!! During that quarter of a century, her team won many accolades including state and national championships.
